François JOLY est le directeur technique du programme de kickboxing/teakwon-do de Chikara Chelsea. M. JOLY est 4^e degré de taekwon-do GTF. Il possède un PNCE 2 en plus d’être agrégé instructeur de kickboxing par la WAKO.

François JOLY is the technical director of the kickboxing/teakwon-do program of Chikara Chelsea. Mr. JOLY is a 4th degree GTF taekwon-do black belt. He holds a level 2 NCCP and is also a certified kickboxing instructor from WAKO.
